REFUND POLICY
Online Courses
Upon purchasing your online course, you will receive immediate access to the first module via email. If you do not receive the email, please contact our office on 1300 702 746.
Refunds
RTO Logic does not provide refunds for cancellations of online courses. Purchase of an
online course is acceptance of these terms. Should you be unable to commence the program due to unforeseen circumstances and provided you have not accessed the course material, RTO Logic may consider special consideration and provide a 50% refund in these cases.
Cancellations
Should a program be removed or cancelled by RTO Logic, a full refund will be provided to currently engaged participants.
